Say hello to People’s newest Sexiest Man Alive, Mr. Adam Levine! The Maroon 5 heartthrob takes Channing Tatum’s place as Sexiest Man for the next year. Adam Levine seems like an obvious choice with his rugged, yet polished look, amazing style and swoon-worthy personality. However, Mr. Levine didn’t really see it coming.
He says to PEOPLE:
“As a musician, you have fantasies that you want to win Grammys, but I didn’t really think that this was on the table. I was just amazed and stunned and it almost seemed like they were kidding, but they weren’t, so that’s cool.”
The 34-year-old singer also dominates as a judge on The Voice and most recently got engaged to Victoria’s Secret girlfriend Behati Prinsloo. Adam says of the engagement, “I didn’t think marriage was for me for a long time. I was ready when I was ready. That’s about as simple as it could possibly be.”
